VicUrban have again gone out of the way to create and foster community relations for the benefit of Cairnlea residents. |

If you didnt know you would have thought it was Easter day. VicUrban spoilt the kids by providing an overload of easter eggs for the egg hunt. Whilst the parents got to enjoy the hot cross buns and orange juice, the kids got to try out the tea cup ride, rock climbing, and other activities. |
| Good Friday Auction 2006 | |
VicUrban and Henley homes built another Cairnlea home to be auctioned off for the kids of the Royal Childrens Hospital. Better Homes and Gardens personality and carpenter by trade Rob Palmer showed up to lend his support. The house at 12 Furlong Rd ended up going under the hammer for $460,000. |
